Holiday Inn Express & Suites Baltimore - BWI Airport North, an IHG Hotel

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the breakfast was good with lots of selections. The location was perfect as we were heading both to Baltimore and to DC. Being 5 minutes from the airport was great. There was lots of chain restaurants and stores within a 10 minute drive of the hotel. They had a board with the airline departures by the desk - very nice.

Check-in was easy; Marcus was friendly, full of good information, and efficient. Check-out was easy; Marla was friendly and signed me up for the Rewards Program. The room was amazing - quiet, spacious, comfortable bed, adjustable temperature, and very clean. There was plenty of parking.

Room was great. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Staff was nice and friendly. Nice to have a shuttle available as we did not have a car.

This is such an amazing hotel location. Staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating to all staying over the weekend, not just the guests staying for the two weddings being hosted. 10 out of 10 will definitely be booking again if I am ever back in the area.

i made a wrong date reservation but all staff cooperated perfectly to pick us up from the airport at 01:00 am (!) and changed everything to the right dates without any penalties or situaties. Top customer focussed employees at the front desk. great rooms, great location als for a visit to Washington.” (by car)
