Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the breakfast was good with lots of selections. The location was perfect as we were heading both to Baltimore and to DC. Being 5 minutes from the airport was great. There was lots of chain restaurants and stores within a 10 minute drive of the hotel. They had a board with the airline departures by the desk - very nice.

Loved the size of the room with full couch behind desk for any virtual meetings (instead of bed view). Access to washing machines was a bonus. Enjoyed included breakfast. The lighting in the bathroom was amazing. Great location; easy highway access.

Check-in was easy; Marcus was friendly, full of good information, and efficient. Check-out was easy; Marla was friendly and signed me up for the Rewards Program. The room was amazing - quiet, spacious, comfortable bed, adjustable temperature, and very clean. There was plenty of parking.

Breakfast was well laid out. The variety of items were good. The area remained well stocked throughout the entire breakfast service hours. The staff attending to the area was courteous.

This is such an amazing hotel location. Staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating to all staying over the weekend, not just the guests staying for the two weddings being hosted. 10 out of 10 will definitely be booking again if I am ever back in the area.

Shuttle service was available and prompt even with a flight arrival after midnight. Also, the beds are so comfy and staff is very friendly!

i made a wrong date reservation but all staff cooperated perfectly to pick us up from the airport at 01:00 am (!) and changed everything to the right dates without any penalties or situaties. Top customer focussed employees at the front desk. great rooms, great location als for a visit to Washington.” (by car)

Good location from downtown Baltimore. Nice staff. Rooms in good condition. Check in and check out very smooth. Kids loved the pancake maker.
